Happy New Year

I don’t think anyone noticed that I left but I took a break from Tumblr because I had to focus on school. The -ber months drained the life out of me and I’m glad my majors are over (for now).

Back then, I told myself that I would finally be giving up Tumblr after years 6 years. They were pretty amazing years. Tumblr was always there for me during my highs and lows, but ever since college and majors, it was just too time-consuming. For a while, it felt like a job more than a hobby to keep my Tumblr alive. It was more of a liability than a leisure. Another reason why I took a break was to see if I could live life without Tumblr. Unfortunately, I did – but boy, there were times when I missed it so much that I would just scroll through my archive.

Tumblr will always be a huge part of my life, especially my high school years. I may sound overdramatic, but I can’t help be emotionally attatched to this platform. 

I hate to say this, but I think I just grew out of Tumblr and I just don’t know if it’s time to finally give it up.
